Each order is carefully arranged and packaged with love and attention to detail. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help — within specific guidelines.

Returns Are Accepted for Defective Products Only

We accept returns only for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our floral products, we are unable to offer returns for any other reasons, including change of mind or personal taste.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Defective or Damaged Product: The product must have a clear defect or be visibly damaged upon delivery.
  • Timely Notification: You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. This ensures we can assess the product while it’s still fresh.
  • Proof Required: A clear photo or video showing the damage or defect is required to process the return request.
  • Original Condition: The product must be in the condition it was received. We cannot accept returns for flowers that have been used, altered, or handled beyond initial delivery.

ReNonturnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are not defective or damaged.
  • Fresh flowers that have wilted after delivery due to lack of proper care.
  • Customized arrangements or special orders.
  • Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery.

No Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges. If your item is defective or damaged and your return is approved, you will receive a refund only. We do not reship or replace items.

Return Process

If you believe your order is eligible for return:

  1. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with your order details.
  2. Provide clear images or videos of the defective or damaged product.
  3. Once your return is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process.
